If you have lost your keys to your AL-KO Secure then please follow the appropriate procedure dependant upon your circumstances.    Your registration card is located inside your video case.   

Please note that you will be unable to proceed unless you have actually registered your Caravan and Lock with us.   It is imperative that you do so. 

Registration Process - How it works!

On your registration card, you will find an exclusive number.   This is glued inside your AL-KO Secure booklet.

You will be required to provide the chassis number of the caravan plus a password and answers to three security questions.  You will be provided with a logon identity and password for future use.   For security reasons it is vitally important that you make a note of your password and keep it in a safe place (but not stored with your AL-KO Secure keys or lock)

Keep your registration card safe and separate from your lock

ALWAYS ensure your take your card with you when you are travelling - you never know if you may need to use it!

If you have registered your lock with us then please ring:

and you will be able to request further keys from them – the cost of replacement items is shown below.   Certain security questions will be asked to ensure of validity.   The keys will be posted out to you.    If you require replacement locks the procedure is the same.   Once you have received your replacements – please ring us back so we can amend our lock database with your new details.

In the unfortunate event that you have not registered, lost your keys and/or registration information and locked the device onto you van, then please contact us immediately as we will have to send one of our Service Engineers out to assess the situation and attempt removal of the device.   Depending on how it is fitted and what is required, you may be required to pay for callout, a new receiver, lock and possibly new brake parts if these are damaged due to the removal.

If you have lost your keys but have your registration information to hand – ie. Lock pack and reg card etc – then you MUST register via the internet or by phoning our registration line on 0870 757 6788.  Once you have registered, keys can be issued in the normal way although there may be a delay of a few days whilst keys are cut and sent to you.
