Servicing/Repairs:

AL-KO has a dedicated Service Centre Network with trained personnel that are always on-hand to offer full service facilities and a comprehensive range of spare parts. These facilities are also available throughout Europe, so wherever your journey may take you, you can be assured that there will always be a friendly AL-KO Service Centre to assist you. We consider replacement spare parts to be safety critical and that is why we recommend the use of only genuine AL-KO spares, or those parts, which have been explicitly approved by AL-KO. If we find that non AL-KO spares have been fitted, it may invalidate your warranty.

We also recommend that any service/repairs to your chassis or components be carried out by AL-KO Approved Service Centres. As your safety is paramount, we will not supply critical spare parts direct to members of the public. All our spares are priced competitively and are usually available ex-stock from your Service Centre.

Replacement Chassis Members:

If you damage any part of your chassis frame, it should not be straightened or welded but must be replaced. You should immediately contact your nearest AL-KO Service Centre and arrange a convenient time to have the caravan inspected.

We offer a replacement chassis member service; individual chassis sections or complete one-piece chassis members can be easily replaced. You can assist your Service Agent by completing as many sections as possible on the Chassis Member Order Form, before your visit. If you are able to please complete the Axle Data section (this gives AL-KO important details concerning your particular chassis/axle configuration) and will assist us greatly in identifying relevant components.

Once the caravan has been inspected, replacement parts will be ordered. Lead times will vary, current vario chassis sections are usually available within 2-3 weeks but complex one or two-piece chassis will be manufactured to suit your caravan, this process can take between 6-8 weeks. Retail prices range from £155 - £500 (depending on complexity) - these are guide prices only, please remember that labour charges and VAT will also be applicable.

General Maintenance:

To ensure your caravan chassis and components give a long service life, we recommend that they are regularly maintained and serviced in accordance with service schedules. For your general information, we offer these information booklets, which cover the following:
