Remember to Register your Lock !!

With Easter just around the corner, many of you will be starting to think about holidays and retrieving your caravan from winter storage. Now is the time to ensure you have registered your AL-KO Secure Lock with us.

We are aware that many locks supplied with caravans as standard, have not yet been registered.

Registering your lock could prove vital if you have lost your keys or even had an attempted theft attack.

We will not be able to supply replacement keys or prove your ownership unless you have performed this procedure so for your own peace of mind please register NOW!

Registration Process - How it works!

1) On your registration card, you will find an exclusive number.

2) Please call our registration line on 0870 757 6788.

3) You will be required to provide the chassis number of the caravan plus a password and answers to three security questions.

3) Make a note of your password and keep it in a safe place (not stored with your AL-KO Secure keys or lock)

4) Keep your registration card safe and separate from your lock

5) ALWAYS ensure your take your card with you when you are travelling - you may need to use it!
