AL-KO are pleased to announce the commencement of our new on-line lock registration service. As from 17th September 2006, owners of the AL-KO Secure Wheel lock can now quickly and securely register their lock - at any convenient time of the day or night!

The AL-KO Secure Lock has proved so popular since it was first introduced in 2005, that owners attempting to register by phone sometimes encountered difficulty getting through to one of our operators. This was due to high call volumes and the time taken to complete the actual registration process.

On-line registration is now very quick and simple - you will need to have your caravan CRIS number, unique lock number (found on the red plastic card glued in the front of the AL-KO Secure Handbook) plus your personal details. You will also find information on our lost key procedures and how to order replacement keys.

We must stress that all data captured will not be used for any other marketing purposes and is entirely a method of secure identification should an owner need additional keys or has lost them. Without registering, replacement keys cannot be obtained and you could be faced with a minimum charge of £250 call-out, should be locking device need to be removed without the keys present.
